villa, based at the gated development of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities.
This much sought after location places you in the
ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many
world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be reached in just 8 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (over 20 full size
championship standard courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one
holiday). Located just a short distance from Tuscan Hills you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket.

area and Palm Garden. Our villa is situated adjacent to the clubhouse
(see Location
map) which has extensive gaming facilities. For this reason we have
chosen to leave our garage for private parking purposes rather than
converting it into a games room.
 The
large, two storey villa is made up of five bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms (2
ensuite, a family
bathroom and a downstairs toilet), a large seating area, a formal dining room, a fully fitted kitchen,
air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities,
a queen sized sofa bed, a telephone, a large screen television with
cable and a DVD player in the Living room, and a 26 x 13 ft private pool and
spa with extended decking area and pool furniture. With just
over 2,100 sq ft of living space, our home would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families
sharing.
 Being situated on the US 27,
adjacent to
Highway 192 and not far from Interstate 4, you will have direct access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around
Central Florida. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to
Tampa (60 minutes), and Northeast to the center of Orlando and the Airports
(Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes). Meanwhile the Atlantic coast can
be reached in under 60 minutes.
Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa which comfortably sleeps 10-12 adults is the perfect base from which to explore Orlando’s many attractions and will provide you with a luxurious
and peaceful haven in which to relax and enjoy Florida’s wonderful
