Together
with your completed booking form, a non- refundable
booking deposit of £100 Sterling ($200 USD) per week or part
week, is due to secure your
dates.

A
refundable security deposit of £150 ($250 USD)
is to be paid with final balance.

Upon
receipt of your booking deposit we will send you confirmation
of your booking, detailing the balance due Sixty
Days before your arrival
date.

Reservations
made within Sixty Days of your arrival date will require payment
in full at time of booking.

Bookings
of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling ($100 USD).

Card payments can be taken via our PayPal
account. This is highly recommended as it
is a very good way to secure your booking quickly.
