Our beautiful five bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious gated community of Tuscan Hills.

 

This much sought after location places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many world famous theme parks and attractions, to the more laid back pursuits of golfing, shopping,  eating and drinking.

      

On-site Facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with Gym, Games room, Internet access, Tennis Court, Volley Ball Court, Palm Garden and Children’s play area.

    

Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the Highway 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes), and the Atlantic coast attractions and beaches (under 60 minutes). A number of local amenities can be found just minutes away from the front gates including a bank, Post office, Petrol station, Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's chemist with One Hour Photo, Super Wal-Mart, Dentist, Salon, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. 

Located just a couple of minutes from our villa on the US 192 is the recently opened Toll road 429, which takes you straight to the Walt Disney World complex. Taking this route means that from our front door, you can be driving through the main gates of Disney in just 12 minutes! As well as Disney there is a whole host of family attractions including Universal, Seaworld, and International Drive which can be reached in under 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses nearby which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate, and a further 20 more within a 20 mile radius.

Our large five bedroom, three and a half bathroom villa has just over 2,100 sq ft of floor space and is the perfect base from which to explore Orlando’s many attractions and will provide you with a luxurious and peaceful haven in which to relax and enjoy Florida’s wonderful sunshine.

Our villa has a large open plan seating area (the Living room). It contains three large luxurious sofas, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out and lots of natural light in. There is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool as you relax.

To help keep everyone entertained there is a large screen cable Television with cable TV and a DVD player.

If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book.

Kitchen

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food!

There is seating for three at the large breakfast counter and a telephone. (see telephone offer at the top of the page).

Laundry Area

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry cupboard. This area can be found upstairs.

The Dining room is at the rear of the villa and is located conveniently next to the Kitchen and adjoining the Living room. There is a large table and 8 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large window lets in plenty of natural light into this part of the villa as well as giving a great view out over the Pool deck.

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our garage into a fun Games Room. The room features pool, air hockey and a self-scoring dart board. 

   

Additionally, the clubhouse at Tuscan Hills also features a Games room with a pool, air hockey table and table football. There is also a fully equipped gym complete with a running machine, cross trainer, exercise bike and multi-gym, and outside the clubhouse is a tennis court, sand volleyball court and a children's play area. All these amenities are available for you to use at no extra cost.

 

Even though we have converted the garage, the villa still has two parking bays.

The villa contains five large tastefully furnished bedrooms, allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. 

Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a full size double bedroom, and two are twin bedrooms.

Master Suite 1

The first Master Suite is located down stairs at the front of the villa. It has a fantastic Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, toilet, basin and a large vanity mirror. The bedroom also features a cooling ceiling fan, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. 

Additionally the master bedroom has access via patio doors out onto a small private patio area.

The remaining four bedrooms are all found upstairs. 

Master Suite 2

     

The second Master Suite is at the front of the villa and has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk in shower unit. As with the first Master Suite, there is a large walk-in closet.

 

Bedroom three, four and five

Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds and bedroom five has a full size double bed. All three rooms are located conveniently in the same hallway which also features the family bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit. All three bedrooms have a built-in closet and drawers providing plenty of storage space.

All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

The villa has its own luxurious 26 foot x 13 foot private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.


For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, the pool has a safety fence which can easily be put in place or taken down in just a couple of minutes. 

  

Our management company in Florida, which maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. Their team will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.
